Billing follows the school term (3 months), so you pay when parents pay. Prefer to pay once? Choose 6 months or a full year.
Your local currency
Pay securely through Paystack in Naira, or in your local currency where available. Otherwise you pay the US Dollar equivalent, and the price is always shown in your own currency first.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. Register your school and use everything free for your first week. You only pay when you're ready to continue.
How is my bill worked out?
₦500 for each student, for each term of 3 months. At every renewal you pay for the students you have at that time. Choose termly, 6-month or 12-month payment.
What happens when I add new students in the middle of a term?
On termly billing you can pay for them straight away or have them added to next term's bill. On 6- and 12-month plans you pay only for the months left in your current plan.
Can schools outside Nigeria use RiseFlow?
Yes, schools in all 55 African countries can register. You see the price in your own currency, and pay in your local currency where our payment provider supports it, or in US Dollars otherwise.
Can we buy our own school software instead of paying every term?
Yes. Schools can buy their own copy of the school management software for a one-time payment from ₦2M to ₦4M, quoted for your school. You then pay no per-student bills and can add as many students as you like. Maintenance is 15% of your price a year, and hosting on our servers is ₦15,000 a month (none if you move to your own database). You own your school's copy of the software, not the RiseFlow name or brand. See what's included.
Is there an app?
RiseFlow runs in the browser on any phone or computer. On laptops and Android phones you can install it with one tap; on iPhone, use Safari's "Add to Home Screen". It then opens like an app.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, for the daily tasks. Once installed, teachers can take attendance and enter marks with no internet. Their work is kept on the device and saved to the school's records automatically when the connection comes back.
Who can see our students' data?
Only your school, and within it only what each person's role allows. Phone numbers, addresses and dates of birth are encrypted. RiseFlow's own console shows your school's contact details and totals (how many students, teachers and parents), not the people. Parents can ask the school to delete their child's data at any time. Read our privacy policy.
Can you help move our existing records?
